Mayor’s Art Competition
Romsey has a vibrant community and we are looking for artwork to celebrate culture and diversity in the town culminating in an exhibition in Romsey Town Hall for the One Romsey Festival of Diversity on 22nd June 2025 Create a piece of artwork, write a poem or short story, or create a short film celebrating diversity- embracing the vibrant mix of cultures, identities, and experiences that make Romsey unique. The winner will be awarded a prize awarded by the Mayor of Romsey Town, along with their winning entry displayed in Romsey Town Hall. Get creative an get involved in this exciting project. Deadline for applications is 20th June 2025 Categories are: Under 7’s Ages 8 – 12 Ages 13 – 16 Ages 16 and over Rules and conditions: Artwork can be a picture or 3D piece. Poems and short stories need to be under 500 words. Short films need to be under 2 minutes. One entry per person. Please drop entries off at Romsey Town Hall or at your school. to edit. |
